Alpha CRC, founded in 1987, is a specialist globalization and localization company, dedicated to providing complete enterprise solutions through globalization partnership and technology, together with a wide range of services. Many of the world’s largest and most successful companies are among Alpha’s clients. Alpha CRC has its own production offices around the world, in North and South America, Europe and Asia, and the globalization services are delivered through these large, integrated in-house teams of translators, engineers, rich media and DTP staff together with scalable resources worldwide.
While growing, Alpha has maintained a consistent production philosophy and global-industry focus. Today, Alpha's annual revenue is $20m+, and many of the world’s largest corporations are significant Alpha clients (IBM, Oracle, Autodesk, HP, eBay, Toshiba, SAP, Adobe, Cisco, Sony and Symantec among others).
Alpha remains a private company, owned by its directors. Alpha's aim is always to build long-term relationships with its clients and so develop in depth knowledge of their products. Today there are major clients who have been with Alpha for 15 years or more. With a very large team of in-house and in-country translators, 41 Project Management staff and a strong technology team, Alpha puts quality of deliverables, excellence of service, technology expertise and innovation at the forefront of its offering.
Alpha is also truly scalable with a very strong network of freelancers and associate translators in over 20 countries.
Alpha deploys many different technology solutions in order to manage these resources and we support our customers with the technology of their choice. Alpha CRC has defined an ambitious plan to maintain its leadership in technical capabilities. To this end, the company has heavily invested in enterprise technology (Idiom WS, SDL TMS, GlobalSight and Across Language Server).
Since Alpha was founded, the provision of localization services has evolved from cottage industry to global business.
