Alpha was founded to realize a vision of how software and documentation should be localized: as a co-operative effort between all the disciplines needed to produce a successful linguistic and cultural adaptation, by subject specialists. That vision continues to inspire Alpha's philosophy in everything we do.

Commitment

Founded in 1987, Alpha has always felt having in-house experts is a key ingredient in ensuring a quality outcome for our clients.  We now employ over 150 people and can provide a complete localization solution with all its service offerings in-house. In addition over our 23 years in business we have built up a network of specialist associate partners and translators around the world who when necessary easily integrate with our in-house teams to ensure a consistent approach and faster turnaround times for our clients.

Quality of translation has always been Alpha's hallmark, and we believe that no compromise should be made in this respect. Our translators are selected carefully and take great pride in their work. At the same time, we are constantly aware of our clients' budgetary and time constraints. Balancing these sometimes conflicting objectives while ensuring the highest quality is Alpha's specialty.

We serve our clients around the world. Alpha CRC has 12 offices covering 8 countries on 4 continents. Our in-house, in-country production centres in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Brazil, China and Brno all offer linguist and project management services.
