Our project management team comprises experienced and knowledgeable localization specialists, all of whom boast strong organizational and management skills. They create and maintain effective communication channels between our clients and our staff, and ensure that all projects are successfully completed on time.
Each project we undertake is assigned to a dedicated Project Manager who is responsible for the detailed planning and execution of the work. Project planning and control is a main focus point for our staff. This begins with the project initiation phase, where a plan is drafted and presented to the customer, and continues with close control of all implementation phases.
We use established project management methodologies, incorporating WBS, Risk Analysis, redundancy and concurrent engineering. We keep clients informed and update them with weekly status reports and MS Project Gantt charts. We engage and consult our clients as much as we can, while also relieving them of the logistical strain of managing their projects by responding quickly with expert knowledge and advice.
