QA

We have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the issues involved in the QA and testing of localized software. We know exactly what to look out for, and how to look for it. We apply well-defined processes, supported by tried and tested methodologies.

Our QA procedure has two principal elements:

• Technical and functional
• Linguistic

A QA team is allocated to every project. The size of the team varies according to the size and complexity of the application, but includes at least one Engineer and one Linguist per language. Team members work side by side to ensure the process is co-ordinated at every stage. The QA team is supported throughout by localization Engineers, who fix bugs and provide technical solutions.
